A purchase of snowmaking equipment is an important decision, and should not be taken lightly. As such, we generally do not accept returns of any snowmaking equipment, snow guns, or snowmaking nozzles.
If you would like to return a product, please email us with a detailed explanation of why you would like to return your equipment. Please note that we reserve the right to deny any return requests.
If your equipment is malfunctioning, we will make every effort to fix and service your product for no cost before authorizing any returns.
We will not accept any returns if more than 30 days have passed since your order, or if the equipment has been used. Sale items are not eligible for return.
If your return request is approved, your order will be refunded upon receipt of the items, minus a 25% restocking fee, or a flat fee of $20, whichever is greater. You are responsible for return shipping
