The SS Nucleation Manifold is designed for DIY home snowmakers. Add our professional internal mix nucleation system to your snow gun for superior performance and energy savings. With this design, make snow with as little as 2 cfm of air while avoiding freeze-ups that happen with other internal and external mixing designs. This manifold is suitable for both stick/lance guns and fan guns, and can nucleate up to 20 gpm of water. Water flow to the nucleation chamber is fixed and will be determined by your intended air and water flow.
This is our nucleation manifold only, without any nozzles or fittings. The second image shows just one possible installation of the nucleation manifold – the possibilities are endless!
Requirements
The nucleation manifold requires a supply of compressed air and high-pressure water to operate.
- Compressed air: at least 2 cfm @ 90 psi
- Water: at least 350 psi. Bulk water nozzles are required to complete a snow gun build and must be purchased separately.
